Chaps it's been a long time my time since I have posted but I am in a state of lost and find myself need to order a masterpiece.

Can one of you gentleman let me know the best metal Matro offers for a gentle shave. I am thinking either his own Damascus or possibly the new inox or 34 stainless.

Mastro Livi's Damascus steel it is among the finest steels he makes and certainly one of the most gentle yet effective.
Not to mention the art it can express: a genuine and absolutely work of art.
I would also suggest the new Grifetto straight razor, made from stainless steel, it is keen and gentle. I love this razor, too.

Would you say the Damascus give a better shave than the Grifetto straight razor?
