    Almost as long as I've been off the forums... I have a recently acquired Greaves, that mottled blonde cow horn with inserts...not sure on a date. I'll post a pic soon.

    Yes indeed! It's always surprising to me how many of these turn up considering they were made in 1830. It continues to be one of my favorite razors.

    Yours is in especially good condition.

    Thanks Zak...it is in really nice condition. A lucky find for sure...I am always amazed how well this 180+ year old tool shaves every time it goes into my rotation for a day or 2.
