What a lovely collection Mr Horen, only trouble I've not seen them that often in your SOTD photo's.

Pretty sure the price was written on there at a later date...elephant ivory and pins etc were all together with the seven day set that lacked scales

    Wow some awesome razors here.

Does any more info on the PJM Spear razors? I have a number 10.

Are PJM Spears manufactured by Carl Monkhouse (like CMons)?

Heres pics of the PJM Spear No 10

Peter J. Michaels was a dealer. He dealt CMons as well as Spears and many names listed above. They were all made in Germany. Contract work, I expect. Who knows?
    All best quality, IMO

I quite enjoy my c-mon blackie. It's an outstanding shaver.

I love my Blackie too, especially the silver bolsters on the black scales, it reminds me of a tuxedo

    that thing is pretty classy.

this may be a ridiculous question, but did all the blackies come with a blacked out tang?

I am not sure to be honest. I have seen them without the tang blacked out but I don't know if that is just the effect of time or not.
