its a eugene berninghaus co cincinatti oh. made in germany berninghaus best cool celluloid marble kinda looking scales a 4/8ths i believe. paid 20, any info on company would be nice as u all know i really am a history buff on these, year of production nice as well, is this a good find, good razor? thanks for any help-john

First pic is before the restore (only one I had showing that side). Second is after restore, the origonal scales said Military Razor, the tang has our Eagle holding shield and arrows. Makes me wonder is a soldier used it. Great razor, very thin grind.

Thanked: 4i have the hercules and will try to post the link .he made the first barbers chair here in the u.s. and it was used in the movie time machine with johnny depp.it is german steel made in solingen,and my hercules is on show and tell you can check it out it has tortise scales and was nos when i found it ,i love the grind and it shaves closer than any other of my 20 razors with 1 pass.u have a rare 1 ive not seen many and you can search him up on google.
