Very nice! I really like the gold on it
Can't wait for mine next week...I didn't shave yesterday (was too sick to bother) and I'm thinking of just waiting to shave until mine comes in!

I second that recommendation. There seems to be a default to Dovo or Boker when it comes to new razors, especially when recommending one to a new guy. But Revisor offers a great deal of quality razors with many different choices in style and size. You made a great choice.

Thanked: 10One of these days soon I am gonna get one or two from Revisor. Their site is awesome sick, with LOTS of variety. I have never seen so many different razors in one place. Prices are okayish, too. Not great, maybe, but realistic. If I could justify it, I would buy a whole basket of assorted razors from them! (My Dad might get a little irritated, though!)
Then again I just saw a Bismarck for $132 on SRD! Mine cost $160 when it was new, shortly before I acquired it.

Thanked: 14It arrived today - 5 days from Germany to the UK is good.
The razor is very nice, but its not shave-ready - it isn't tree-topping arm hairs very well, and the bevel isn't quite set right back to the heel, so I'll have to do a bit of honing before I use it. But overall, I'm pretty happy with it.

Mine was not. Under a microscope the edge was not very happy looking. I needed to reset the bevel. This is the one I got.
