I want to find a bucket-o-razors at my flea market. Here everyone just resells crap that they got cheap at garage sales. It hard to find any decent vintage straights locally. Even the antique shops have been suspiciously empty of straights.
As for the original topic, someone apparently ruined my W&B razor by honing without knowing what they were doing. It made me a very sad panda.

Thanked: 1587Sweeny Todd movie - Johnny Depp stropping the razor the wrong way around, edge first. Of course, it probably was not an expensive razor, but still....

My own ineptitude with restoration in the beginning using a Dremel - a very nice blade turned to trash. On another note my wife aways turns away smirking when someone in a movie is using a straight razor wrong. Seems I like to scream at the TV explaining that holding the blade at a 90 degree angle to their face will result in massive blood loss.
