What's a good price for this razor? It's in amazing condition. Hardly any wear

Thanked: 3226I don't think it is a real problem, happens enough to be a common thing. Yea, using a PM is the way to go.

I saw what you payed for the razor on Ebay, and all I will say is you have a fine razor and you payed enough for the razor but you wouldn't want to pay anymore.

Thanked: 2It's a really good razor? I saw it and something really appealed to me. The background of beau brummel too. It's a really nice looking razor. Hope it performs well

Thanked: 3164Yes, its a top notch razor.
I didn't see the auction, but I recognise the box - handiwork of Smythe if I am not mistaken...

Neil

Thanked: 3164I know the box is not original. It isnt even of the same time frame as the razor by a country mile.
It is a dead-ringer for one of the boxes made by someone who used to post here a lot. He made a picture tutorial of how he makes them, from that lavender paper over card stocck.
Geezer would probably know his name, but I am pretty sure it was Cedric Smythe.
Regards,
Neil
