Thanked: 1195It makes me smile every time I see the price tag at the grocery store or Wally Mart
Now here's the funny thing: the only time I tried a Fusion was when they first came out and I received a free razor and blade in the mail. The blade lasted a whopping two shaves before I had to toss it. At that rate $27 for 5 REALLY doesn't make sense for me lol

Thanked: 1185Now if you look at it like an investment .......in say 130 years you could get 55 bucks for it on z-Bay. This is a subjective value of course.
Good judgment comes from experience, and experience....well that comes from poor judgment.

Thanked: 1263There's a real simple solution to all of this...for the days that you can't use a straight, switch to a DE
Still about $10 or $15 for 10 blades...and a whole new AD

Thanks...that's the new plan...a member just got a nice Gillette Aristocrat...I've forgotten how nice those shavers were, haven't used one in 30-35 years...a DE will be next on the list, because at that price for carts...thinks it's best just not to use any....they're too expensive!!

If you just want cheap the own brand disposables are a couple of bucks for 50 or so. But honestly how low do you go?
Singeing hair would be almost free but a bit risky, and hard to effectively shape beards etc.Bread and water can so easily become tea and toast
