There is no wrong side to shave with kamisori, this is a misconception. The angles to use depending on which side you are shaving with are not the same, so if you had the wrong angle you got rough shave.

i hone it and waited 4 days to have a good beard and i used mostly one side..the best shave ever, there was nothing left after one pass, i just have to work my technique for under the nose so i cleaned that area and around the mouth with a de. So the kamisori was not even near shave ready but now its sharper than my straights, maybe my honing technique is improving, i have to rehone my straights, but for now i will shave only with the kamisori to master the technique. Thanks for the links for videos it helped a lot.
