Here is mine! Mine is from Toledo spain! Hen and Rooster has been around since 1860s dont let anybody tell you they are crap! Perhaps their emphasis is knifes but their razors are not bad!

I really don't know about the straight razors of that time but the hen and rooster knife by Guttmann was some of the best. so the German razor will probably be good also.

The original Hen and Rooster outfit going back to the 1800s through the mid 20th century was top notch stuff. Since then the original outfit has gone out of business and the name has changed hands many times. These days it's just a name bearing no resemblance to the original maker.
