Do a search for a Double Duck Dwarf. They were short blades. I used to have one but sold it. It would fit your needs if you can find one.

I found a shorty pre 1890 Joe rogers that I would date to around 1860 at a fleamarket- it's is a 9/16 1/4 hollow wedge and it is a mere 2 1/4 from heel to toe. The razor has not been shortened. I'm in the process of resto restoring it, it should be a great shaver once it's done. That being said they're out there!
