    A western kamisori like a biken 8000 would do or a Shavette.. Or a genco with the guard remove like this blue one

    +1 on the Japanese Westerns. I have a Nobiru that's 2.25 inches long. I've seen some other short ones too...

    Do a search for a Double Duck Dwarf. They were short blades. I used to have one but sold it. It would fit your needs if you can find one.
