I recently redid an Engels Perfection, also with a blued tang. Absolutely killer edge...what a shave!

I'm sure the one you've linked to has had some minor restoration done as evidenced by its lack of bluing and some of the blue/green around the inlays. Not that that matters. It's a beautiful razor and can be made to shave very well. I'm no big spender, but that price is a lot better than one of those giant WB wedges

I am fortunate to own two FWEs - they are great shavers, and are very well-made delicate blades IMHO.
