I've got three and a half 7-day sets. I use them the same as any of my other razors. Namely, some days I feel like grabbing one.
I've never used a set 'as intended' though, namely just one set, every day. Partly because I'd rather not shave every day, partly because I don't like getting too comfortable with any one style of razor.
Of all the sets I've got, I actually like paired razors best, but I have two really remarkable pairs of razors. And when I say pairs, I mean two razors that were sold together in a kit -- I have lots of razor pairings, but only three that were originally sold that way.
The 7-Day sets:
Joseph Haywood, 1880's, the box is engraved 'Captain Cox' -- belonged to a commercial ship's captain hailing from Plymouth, England
Bataille, 1806 French set
Joseph Rodgers, 1822-1824
--
Part of my half-set:
Heljestrand, 1905-1910
--
The pairs:
Martin-Guillaume Biennais, goldsmith to Napoleon. Made for an officer's field kit just prior to the invasion of Russia.
Green & Pickslay, 1826, owned by William Archbald of Kelso, Scotland. A writer and groundskeeper for the Duke of Roxburghe
Magnum Bonum pair, made by George Marsden, 1810.Last edited by Voidmonster; 04-08-2014 at 06:57 AM. Reason: I Kannot Speel in the Frenches.

I have one set of paired razor's that I quite enjoy. Very unique design to the blades themselves, scaled in Ivory.
They are a paired set of Joseph Rodgers and Sons, 5/8, ivory scales:
