    I have a feeling I've seen a Pakistan razor with Valor scales.

    They are not the classic duck scales. They are three pin scales, which are often good quality scales. However they don't effect the shave if they are well fitted. If you like the blade and the price is right grab it.

    With the points they almost look like TI scales...almost.
