    Hmm I can transcribe it and maybe translate, give me a minute hier...

    My modern German is not up to snuff with text this old, some of this is a bit weird. I'm not great at Fraktur but can mostly read it, here's what I think is the transcription:

    Folgen die Scharsach oder Schermesser / welcher ich dir auch dreierley(?) form hab auffreissen lassen.

    Dise dreierley Schermesser magst du alle darnach schleiffen / daß du har / fleysch / fellin / knüspelin oder dergleichen materi/ wie es die notturfft erfordert schneiden mögest.

    Der Laßeifen soltu mancherley art haben / damitzulassen / schrepffen / v(?) Apostem damit zuöffnen.

    Die Walhen brauchen an stat der Laßeisen die Lantzleten / wie sie hernach am nechst folgenden blat verzeychnet stehn. Deren haben sie etlichevil bei einander in einem kluppen zu den Apostemen / nach dem sie groß oder klein seind / warden / fürgemalt sihest.
