I have no doubt they will make it right. From past observation of a couple of other member's issues I would also suggest a phone call to give them a heads up on the email if you don't receive a reply to your email in a timely manner.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

No, that is NOT normal ... And Yes, it SHOULD be replaced!

I am confident they will resolve it. They called me before I got my razor to ask if I was ok with the scales they picked.
