New Find!

I recently acquired this blade from one of my customers. He came into my barber shop the other day and said he had a few old razors he wasnt using and asked if anyone wanted them? Without hesitation I jumped on that offer! To my surprise one of the razors was a beauty! The rest were junk But I am hoping to find some help with the Boker I got, I would like to restore it but am not sure how to restore the pearl inlay? Also what would be the best way to polish the blade without ruining the etching on it? Any info on that would be great! thanks -BRETT P.S. I apologize for the awful pictures.
