The razor you show seems to have a serious amount of miles on it and not new production.
The hone wear is way beyond only a couple honings. So either you have an old razor or you really ruined any chance of a warranty / rebate from a new one.
So, if it is new then it may be bad from the factory. Production is pushed the limit and mistakes happen. You or whoever honed the razor made it impossible to return
