Thanked: 1160The advice you have received so far is very sound. There is a list on the Wiki Page of what razors are good and bad also. SRD is our Founder and you couldn't get a more honest product but as stated....Hopefully some of the other Oz's will chime in here. They're a good bunch. Dovo's are very good razors. I just got done explaining to another newb that all razors shave the same. It's the materials they are made with that raise the price up. All the banner advertisers on the left of the page are good vendors. Cheers and a happy shaving journey to you.

Unless you have read them already, Shopping list for beginners - Straight Razor Place Library and Purchasing straight razors - Straight Razor Place Library might prove useful. Additionally, Straight Razor Magazine: Buying shaving equipment and Straight Razor Magazine: The Straight Razor Magazine's eBay Purchasing Primer might come in handy.

Thanked: 0Cheers for the response guys. Just searching the classifieds of this forum at the moment. I always do this with internet purchases, gather the most information about the product I can, and realize I am not getting closer to making a purchase.
