84mm seems extremely long for a razor edge. You could almost cut your ear shaving your chin.

If the drawing was of a stub tail then that in itself would be a different drawing and a different question as to where the pivot hole should be.

Ed I don't think you are taking into account that you are not really looking at the finished razor but something that looks like a razor but everything as a 90 degree angle in the drawing which is very poor if you are asking someone a question about a piece of design and where the pivot should be, it's a poor drawing to be frank.
