    Haha the TI definitely in need of a finishing hone to get shave ready.

    That is a bummer but on the bright side it should not take too much work to get it shave ready. How is the Dovo?

    That Dovo from classic edge just made me question the shave ready status of every blade I've used in the past. OMG I feel like that was my best shave to date

    That is good hear that Phil is up to his usual excellent edges. It has been a few years since I got a razor from Phil.

    I recently purchased a NOS TI Crownwing still wrapped in original packaging and my first shave was pretty good for factory sharpening. I knew that TI's were a hit or miss kind of thing but I got lucky I guess. Nothing a few laps on a finishing hone couldn't fix to my standards. Smooth shaves to you and enjoy your razors.
