    Scott most likely replaced the blade rather than repair it.

    No, Hunter said he repaired it. He got back to me before he did it and made sure it was OK if that the blade would be a tad shorter than it originally was. I am quite happy with the razor and the service.

    That's cool. It must not have been that bad where he had to take too much off. I'm glad it all worked out!

    I think what has everyone confused is that the edge "bent" rather than chipped.

    Yep that's was confused me ,,the metal,should be tempered kinda hard which breaks really easy under stress when bending. Tc

    Please forgive me for joining this conversation a little late... I am understanding that the point got bent, not the body of the blade? Either way, it sounds like GREAT customer service. Too bad more companies (in any type of production) don't have this kind of follow up and loyal response. Thanks for sharing about the follow up service you received. Not enough of the good news most places lately.
