    It certainly is. The seller advertised as shave ready and delivered as advertised (something I hear is quite uncommon). I was prepared to do some touch-up work none the less, but it wasn't necessary at all. Stropped and shaved very well!

    Congrats! That is a very nice score.

    I am quickly becoming a JA Henckels Friodur fan. I have looked at several on the bay, but all I am seeing are located in Japan.

    I have a few - both stainless and not - the stainless is among the best steel I've encountered and hones very similar to regular carbon steel. The Friodur Inox is probably my favorite razor of all - you will cherish it!
