Read all the wiki and library in here just hand rub the strop unless you decide to run through 29 Palms using it to snap people in the desert and dry it out

Thanked: 190Great start. I've had my strop for 6 years and never put oil on it. Just rub it with your hand and the oils from your hand are enough for the transfer.
Dove best quality carbon steel is a good razor. Congrats!
