Hi bsohm, this is a Inoue Tosuke, kinmoji. It might be one of those not made by himself as I can't see the 作 (saku) kanji after his name 井上藤助. Mine is just a guess though. I mean, maybe the one with that kanji are made by himself, while those missing it, MIGHT be not. Anyway I have exactly the same one and it's one of my sweetest Kami! Hi Stefan, this is a Sasuga razor. サスガ in the triangles. Other kanji are the ususal "trade Mark" and "Special Made" stuff.

I was hoping that you could help with this Kamisori I have in my collection, iv had it some time but haven't got round to honing it yet. I plan on doing this tomorrow. Whilst I was inspecting the blade it there seems to be many symbols on it, certainly more than any of my other kamisori. Can you shed some light on what they mean? Iv attached 3 pictures in different lights, so hopefully it should make any translation easier?
