Hi bsohm, this is a Inoue Tosuke, kinmoji. It might be one of those not made by himself as I can't see the 作 (saku) kanji after his name 井上藤助. Mine is just a guess though. I mean, maybe the one with that kanji are made by himself, while those missing it, MIGHT be not. Anyway I have exactly the same one and it's one of my sweetest Kami! I just love the size, the shape, the way it hones. You are gonna love it!

Thanked: 2Hi Arsenico
I was hoping that you could help with this Kamisori I have in my collection, iv had it some time but haven't got round to honing it yet. I plan on doing this tomorrow. Whilst I was inspecting the blade it there seems to be many symbols on it, certainly more than any of my other kamisori. Can you shed some light on what they mean? Iv attached 3 pictures in different lights, so hopefully it should make any translation easier?
Many Thanks in advance

Hand-written on scales.
Hi, Arsenico.
Recently I bought a western-style razor, but the thing is going to met Lynn to get a shake before pointing southwards.
I just have pictures from the auction site. Could be waiting until get it on my hands to take better pictures but, you know, anxiety rules.
Can you, please, help me to figure what was written in its scales from a previous owner? Looks a person's name and date.
Thank you in advance!

Hi,
I've made an article about kanji which I've gathered in the past years
Hope it can also help a bit;

(in the next few weeks, this article will keep on growing)
In the future there will be also one of kanji on Jnat's
