OK, so I figured out most of the Tosuke. I am only missing the top 2 or three characters now... I believe its trying to say how it was forged, or what it is forged with, as I know "forged" is that last kanji in the top set. Anyone know what the rest of the top says?
And a Henkotsu:

Well, I guess it could be 一本鋼打 where 一本 should be Ippon - Japanese, so Japanese steel! Duh...
So a Japanese razor made of Japanese steel, made in Japan...
