Wow! I found my razor on that page SN#2771. It made me feel like a kid again! Lol!
Sadly I could not find a Kamijo stamp but if I understand you right it is most likely from a special batch of steel made by the Iwasakisan and Kamijosan trying to supercede tamahagane steel which to me is very special. I purchased from well known Japan based seller and was surprized he knew little about those stamps. I asked him before I purchased and I am glad I still purchased the razor.

I tried many ways to find Kamijo stamp trace but did not find anything. I took pictures and put different filters and did the blue dye but no luck. Taking the dye off left it very shiny so it was like a deep cleaning.
