I'll be honest, I don't see much there. The scratches on first pic are with out a doubt grind marks from the razor process. I would venture to guess they are only really visible from a certain angle. Almost every razor has them regardless of manufacture. Some are just more consistent then others. The second pics seem to have marks on the shoulder, maybe from honing? Everything else look pretty normal.
That being said, it's your razor and your decision on what is acceptable to you.

I agree with Bob. Look like grinding marks from the factory and they just did not polish them all out and voila, your razor sir! I would ask the place you bought from if this is the norm and if you could swap out for sure if it is really bothersome.
