The pins are brass. Restore? Preserve? Advice is welcome.

Thanked: 580Unless you are going to pull it apart and totally restore it, you don't want to touch the pins. Clean it up and get it shaving. This is a slow trip, there is plenty of time to decide what you want to do with it. I have read here the horn scales like a good soak in neetsfoot oil.

Yeah, I'm sure one of the other guys like Neil might have some info on the Frederick's. I don't know why they wren't listed in any of my books & I have a few. There are several razor makers that aren't listed in my books but Neil usually comes up with something & another member who I can't seem to think of right now. If you have one with an England stamp, it is post 1891.
