Very nice score!
If it is truly in mint condition, it will probably need a professional honing.

I don't have a bismark , but I do have a best quality ,, its just the starter razor ,, shaves as well but not a looker like the bismarks ive seen do they say best quality on the blade too?

I like the pre-Dovo Bismarck straights. I have a 14 that is an excellent shaver. Enjoy.
