I bought an NTS stainless from thesuperiorshave.com, 7 or 8 months ago. It isn't my favorite but a solid shaver and it's easy to maintain. I use it for travel often.
TSS had a little write up when they were selling them. Said it was a small shop in soligen. They also make scissors, a tto razors and a little travel kit I've seen for sale else where.
It's a quality razor with good steel. Better than a modern Timor, but fit and finish isn't as high quality as other current makers.
IMHO, a good stainless steel shaver at a decent price.Fuit radere viam antique masculum.

I looked for S&Gs and TSS is still selling them: Here is the write from their website. They also have an inexpensive stainless model, probably similar to what your looking at, since it is priced at $90 - 98 USD.
"NTS Solingen is a sort of collective of independent-operator master grinders working together under their own brand name, rather like how VP Leonhardy is for brushes. Everything they produce is made, by hand, 100% by themselves, in their own factory (for the purposes of padding the diversity of the shelves of their e-store, they do import some Indian-made safety razors, razor sheaths, bowls, etc., but all of their scissors, nippers, and straight razors are entirely made in-house)..."
I also found what appears to be NTS' webstore:

Thanked: 4Hey Bren, I forgot about this but The Superior Shave sells these razors. I was reminded because the owner apparently saw this thread and posted about it on Facebook, staunchly defending these razors. Its worth a look if you want more information about them. He sells them for between $87-$120 depending on which one you get. Anyway, I think this is a check in the "for" column for these razors. This guy is pretty fanatical and knowledgeable about razors and I have bought razors from him in the past and always had good experiences with him. I'd be very comfortable buying one as a souvinerr from Dublin based on knowing this. Other opinions may vary obviously.

For the money you were considering, you could pick up a Boker King Cutter (maybe a few Euros more) or as already suggested, a Revisor.

there are some very decent vintage stainless blades on the Bay at the moment for about 20 euros more than your price bracket which come fully shave ready. Worth a look at least.
Edit: the reason I mentioned the above was OP asked primarily about stainless blades. Revisor razors are very good - I wasn't trying to discourage.Last edited by Damo; 07-02-2015 at 09:21 PM.

I have 3 razors now, a joseph, smith and son, a dovo and now a revisor. I just shaved with the revisor and Wow, Just Wow. If you go with the revisor you well not be disappointed. I had a week worth of growth and the blade just glided through it like nothing

Thanked: 1It'll probably be another while before I get a new razor, need to decide exactly what I want
I'll probably get it as a reward for myself when I finish my course in 2 months
