    Hi guys,

    So I found this razor, It says $ J. Hoppe 55 Brokat Solingen Germany

    I've never seen a J Hoppe. I've seen Guillermo Hoppe and Eugenio Hoppe razors. It looks to have had very little use. Get it honed and shave with it.

    There is one just like this on eBay.

    Even the photos are the same.

    I found some info the other night on Strazors.com under Hoppe. There was a J Hoppe for Julius Hoppe as a maker. It was also a German made steel.

    hehehe I have yet to meet a woman who will shave with a straight razor.. Oh I have tried to convince them. My wife just looks at me with an incredulous look and says yeah right. I think this young woman is selling her grandfathers collection. Some of them look very nice. My RAD has been a bit bad lately so Ill be taking a break.
