I had one, it was not shave ready when compared to other razors that I have purchased. Had it honed by a member and it was better but I ended up trading it.

Thanked: 6As a larger than average person with way larger than average hand size, I find them much easier to handle and strop than my smaller razors. I cannot say I am totally satisfied with any product as I agonize over purchases but i have considered purchasing another, but decided to look for something else with the larger more ergonomic tang size.
This is not a new aspect in my life as I have both custom guitars and guns for the same reason.

Hi to all!
Just for the record. This Hart razor was not close to being shave ready. First, I tried one pass with it and it pulled whiskers pretty bad. Then I sent it to a hornmiester and he took some pictures of the blade under a scope. Now I can recognize a good shave ready from a bad one. I should have sent it back to where I bought it but the problems was taken care of .
Thanks guys for your time and input.
