    Sorry guys, i forgot to post what i done with the razor i was asking help with.Here is before and after pics of the razor

    It is mostly used for cleaning brass cartridge cases before reloading them. Also for polishing rocks I suppose, though I've only used mine for reloading ammunition. Some guys throw a blade in a tumbler to clean it before polishing.

    Hi all! Thanks for your replies.
    Yes Hacker, they are the sames scales. I try very hard to restore them, only bin them if they can not be saved but i draw a template of them before i bin them but those are the original scales.
    It's amazing what Neatsfoot oil and micromesh sandpaper can do!
