    Any history on who made razors with a microtome grind & when they made them?

    Well I'm sure they are not microtome. There is nothing difference on each sides but on if I look to point of the blade I see an asymmetry.

    Lots of companies made microtomes.
    As for when they were made, I'm not sure when they started, but they are still being made today for biological sectioning.

    I was doing some cleaning up & I came across this blade by John & Wm Ragg & it is definitely a microtome.

    this one is a microtome, i agree. but the ones i talk about there is not any difference between each side. but only when i look to point as the last picture.

    well i think they are restored badly before.
