    I have two Special Wedges of Bresnick flavor. A Twin Duck and a Dubl Duck. Both smooth tang and looks like they may have had the black tang like the Special #1. The Hand Forged I have are all hammered tangs :<0)

    Those look like original scales to me :<0)
