    Nice find. The scales look like they could be wood with a bone wedge? Hopefully that rust isn't too deep.

    Nice Find! Irish razor, more then likely the work of John Millikin a Dublin cutler, first listed as such in 1803.

    Nice find. Like Substance said, the scales may not be original. If you send it out for a pro restore, I would try to keep it period correct. There are quite a number of nice restores of that era on SRP .
