    They are pretty tight lipped about what's in them. A state secret I guess. Whatever it is it works.

    I've only worked on one razor that had ivory on the tang and one side had come off. It had been held in place with hide glue.
    Now I don't know if it was originally hide glued or done sometime in the past 100 years, but I put it back on with hide glue and it stuck tight.
