    I have seen that mark somewhere, but I cant find it right now.
    It´s a Solingen and the name is Feder und Krone or possibly Krone und Feder.
    When I search for it it comes up with no results.
    Maybe someone can help you with the maker.
    Probably made 1930 or so.
