    I have seen that mark somewhere, but I cant find it right now.
    Itīs a Solingen and the name is Feder und Krone or possibly Krone und Feder.
    When I search for it it comes up with no results.
    Maybe someone can help you with the maker.
    Probably made 1930 or so.

    That looks like a rear leaf spring from a truck or car under the crown. Not original scales.
