Thanked: 433High quality metal polish (Blue Magic etc) should take that off. The real question is, why is it doing that in the first place?

Thanked: 3228Be careful around the etching on the blade so the polish does not remove it.

I really hate to say this but if you remove all the rust the etching is toast. The razor looks great other than that. Should be a nice shaver. Good luck.

If you try a more 'gentle' metal polish, such as Flitz, Semichrome, or Wenol, it might not hurt the etching too badly, if at all. I've had good luck with them that way, but they won't just wipe the rust off easily. Lots of elbow grease and paper towels.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.
