Thread: nice pickup....

somebody brought some old barber stuff for my barber to have.
5-6 straights in there, including an interesting "petite" one, like 2/3 scale, which i should have taken a pic of, but i was trying to be a little cool in case it was available.
anyway i was able to take this one off his hands as there were two almost identical.
the difference being this one has never seen a hone outside of germany!
now i have to decide if i really need this to be a shaver.

Well I guess you could put it on a mantel and stare at it.
But its going to keep whispering in your ear..shave with me...shave with me, until you do. "RIGHT"...!!

I would shave with it. All it may need is a good stropping to be good to go so you may not need to even put it on a hone. Worth a try anyway.

I have one. Love the thing! USE it!

I don't see the point of having it and not shaving with it.
