    Nice work. Well researched.

    The Kobayashi name you mention at the end, is a family of smiths, mostly knives but I have a Kobayashi Wa-Kamisori.
    I didn't know there was any collaboration with Iwasaki.

    Not sure what the actual meaning is about Kobayashi, if it refers to the family or something else, don't know,
    I only have seen this once, as well as the "Abe" reference... Maybe I'll find out in the future, I hope so!

    Either way, it was very nice to find this and place it to a more accessible environment for the "non-Japanese" speaking people ,
    as well as to gather all information I could find to one place
