    I noticed that also. I found a few Melchior steps locally. The Tripoli is the only one I found.

    As to the stamps, I remember an ebay seller had a pile of strop and other leather stamps for sale a long while back from the workshop of Charles A Koenig of San Francisco.

    That was quite a nice collection of stamps, the price however was crazy. And no bids, hmmmm. It does sort of point to common sources for many products, like strops. Interesting stuff.
