    Is that a a crack in the scales at the pivot (pic #2) ?
    Personally I wouldn't invest money in restoring it but it would be an ok DIY job if you like smallish razors.

    To me the Henckels looks like someone ground the slight smile out out of the blade. Might just be the picture but it should be easy to fix.

    And it's been honed/worn up to the stabiliser.
