Yes, it looks like something has happened. DNS send you to http and the viagra stuff, whereas if you manually type https, you get a warning about the certificate being odd....

The https does link to the revisor site, but with these issues... I would not suggest making any financial transaction until it gets sorted out. A phone call would be a better option, but you'd better hope there's no nefarious operator listening for your credit card details! And frankly, after what I heard about the certificate issuer on Security Now, with Steve Gibson.... I don't think I would risk it at all.

Note, I use a Linux operating system and feel comfortable barging into nasty websites.... Windows and Mac users may need to tread a little more carefully, though I wouldn't know, as I have not use those systems for 10+ years.
