My Theirs Issard arrived today - the Le Dandy from Fendrihan and I've just dropped it off to be honed. Here's the link of Fendrihan where it and another razor with the same blade (Petit Francais) can be found. Hope this helps. The Fendrihan website describes it as follows: Cutting Edge: 2.2” (58 mm), Razor Length: 4.3” (111 mm), Size: 5/8 full hollowed carbon steel blade.

How do these "Le Dandy" hold up, hold an edge, and shave?

I dropped it off to be honed as soon as I received it so I can't speak to that but I'll post my thoughts when I can. I'm only about 12 shaves in using a straight razor - I use a Dovo and a Hamburg Ring so my.
