My three come from all walks and ages of society:
W&B 13/16 Rattler
No Name 6/8 Stub Tail Full Wedge
Ed Wusthof 7/8 Full Hollow
There are contenders in my conglomeration of edges but these three are the current leaders."The sharpening stones from time to time provide officers with gasoline."

Thanked: 39My Musketeers are (in no particular order):
1. Filarmonica 14 EPBD (15/16, full hollow);
2. Bartmann 89 (13/16, full hollow);
3. Carl Monkhouse Signature Blue Star (13/16, half hollow); and
4. SR Droescher Blue Diamond (11/16ths, full hollow)
This was a much more difficult decision than I thought it would be. Great thread!
