Just a contented hobbyist/restorer/user and as a user I usually reach for difficult save razors instead of customs or NOS (there may be a message in there somewhere )

I built my shave den to only display 19 razors. I stopped at 20 razors. 12 razors are in my rotation. I plan on selling razors I don't use to be replaced with new/old razors I might use. har...

I think perhaps we would all like a new thread just showing the contents of those boxes! If you don't want to be bothered to do so, please sign this contract and send them my way.......I'll take care of the rest

As far as quality vs quantity, I always try to buy the best quality of quantity I can find, and make sure that what I'm purchasing can be turned into quality if it isn't there yet. Like some of these Attachment 278737Attachment 278738Attachment 278739Attachment 278740Attachment 278741

I hope you have a safe. Insurance would only cover a fraction of what those are worth unless you have them covered somehow under a business plan.

Gasman, roughly between 5 and 25 per box, mostly about 20 or so....the IKEA boxes are about 50c each

Where to find the time and I'm just such a lousy photographer (pocket Canon Powershot and that's it). I like your own razors BTW!

I am at around 60. Still looking for my best razors I can't find after our move. I also have about 15 to 20blades with no scales.

I found many I had forgotten about at my other shop, plus the ones I still haven't received in the mail this week, total is north of 700 so far (Found some really good ones too!) but I'm done counting til I slim down this pile some and finish moving out of my old shop completely. Funny thing is I have been finding razors I purchased several years ago intended solely as quick flippers, never meant to stay in the collection........... bwahahahahaha, well it was a nice thought I guess

I'm extremely selective, I only want or own NOS razors plus I usually sell before I buy another, so I usually have no more than around 14 razors at any given time, all my razors are users I couldn't bare to keep a tool and simply look at it, made for a purpose never a collector always a user.

When you get around to flipping, I am only right across the New York/Vermont border.
